Our LED profile factory is a modern manufacturing facility designed for efficient, high-quality production of LED aluminum profiles. The LED extrusion factory encompasses over 5,000 square meters of production space, organized into dedicated areas for extrusion, surface treatment, assembly, quality control, and warehousing. This LED profile manufacturing facility is equipped with advanced machinery and operated by experienced technicians who ensure consistent quality across all production runs.

The extrusion workshop is the heart of our LED profile factory. We operate multiple aluminum extrusion lines capable of producing various profile shapes and sizes from aluminum alloy 6063-T5 billets. The extrusion process begins with heating the aluminum billet to approximately 450 degrees and pushing it through a precision-machined die using a hydraulic press. The resulting extruded profile is then cooled, stretched to relieve internal stresses, and cut to standard lengths.

Our in-house anodizing line is a key differentiator for our LED extrusion factory. By controlling the anodizing process internally, we ensure consistent surface finish quality, faster turnaround times, and greater flexibility for custom color requirements. The anodizing line includes tanks for cleaning, etching, anodizing, coloring, and sealing, with automated controls that maintain precise process parameters throughout each production run.

The assembly area of our LED profile manufacturing facility is dedicated to profile cutting, diffuser installation, and accessory fitting. This clean, organized workspace allows our team to efficiently process orders of all sizes, from single-piece samples to large production runs. The assembly area includes precision cutting equipment that can cut LED aluminum profiles to custom lengths with tight tolerances.

Quality control is integrated throughout our LED profile factory operations. Our quality lab is equipped with testing instruments for dimensional verification, surface finish measurement, coating thickness testing, and adhesion testing. Regular sampling during production ensures that any deviations from specifications are detected and corrected promptly. The LED extrusion factory maintains comprehensive quality records for traceability and continuous improvement.

The warehouse and shipping dock areas of our LED profile manufacturing facility are organized for efficient inventory management and order fulfillment. Products are stored in designated locations with clear labeling for quick retrieval. The shipping dock is equipped for professional packaging and loading of export containers, ensuring that LED aluminum profiles arrive at their destination in perfect condition.
